The home page of Maximum Maggie has a menu bar with Photos, Videos, Live Shows, Archives, Bonus Sites, and Forums. For the forums link, this brings you to a page with various groups. The biggest one by far is VNA Chatter, with over 6,900 topics. Archives will bring up a page with thumbnails of recent live shows performed by VNA members shown under Bonus Sites.
Bonus Sites lists a few dozen other starlets. It also has genre / niche sites, such as All Anal All the Time; Fucked Feet; Kink305; POVMania; GirlGirlMania, SexMyWife; and WydeSyde. Live Shows has two links. One is Cam2Cam. This pulls up a calendar of VNA starlets with future scheduled shows. The other link is to Private (live cam) Shows. I clicked on it and was taken to a live show. I did my "test" of typing text in the message box, and it did display in real-time. So, there is no need for credits / tokens or even to register.
For Videos, there are six different options: Solo, Girl-Girl, Hardcore, BTS and Candid, Friends, Ask Maggie & Camshows. You can sort them by Newest, Top Rated, or Name. Disappointingly, there is no index of the "friends?" Of the "traditional" selections, I noted the following number of videos available: Solo = 256; Girl-Girl = 163; Hardcore = 99; and Friends = 33. A downside is that you won't know the length / duration of each video until you click through to view it.
There is only ONE download option, and it is low density -- 480p. At the bottom of each video are 1 to 5 stars, and you can rate the video. You also have the option of identifying it as a Favorite. Each video will also display its historical rating, which goes up to 5 stars.
For Photos, there are the same six options: Solo, Girl-Girl, Hardcore, BTS and Candid, Friends, Ask Maggie & Camshows. You can sort them by Newest or Top Rated. Of the "traditional" selections, I noted the following number of photo sets available: Solo = 302; Girl-Girl = 126; Hardcore = 63; and Friends = 103. Each set has a download link centered above the grid of individual pictures.
You will have a few options when purchasing a membership. There is a monthly membership for $30, a 3-month membership for $70, a 5-month membership for $100, or $200 for the whole year, which will give you a big discount.

Conclusion
Photos and Videos are accessible via a menu on the Main Page. Photos are available for download individually (as displayed) or via a zip file that is displayed above the gallery. For photos, I saw a low of 59 to a high of 138. Resolutions are typically 1,600 wide by 1,461 high. Most videos are downloadable in resolutions of 480P. The lengths of the videos ran from 13:34 to 36:07.
The content appears to be updated sporadically. Content on March 7th .. then previously as far back as January 30th -- but it wasn't Maggie. Then three were updated in December .. but none in November.
Sadly, this site appears to be like the last one I reviewed in that the video is shot from a tripod set up in the room.. Of the boy/girl videos, roughly half (5 of the 9) of the ones I watched were produced that way, where it might as well be a Cinemax production. You can't see penetration in most sex positions.
Also, I don't know if she has a long-term partner, but most of the videos were with a guy who had a VERY average penis size. I did see three videos where the male talent differed, and the guy was longer. This enabled better angles with better views of penetration.
